A non-refundable $300 per person payment deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment is due in full 60 days prior to your departure date and is non-refundable (45 days). If you book your trip within 60 days of your departure date, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Visit our Payment and Cancellation policy page.

The following cancellation policies and fees apply:

Cancellation 45 days or more before trip departure — Full trip payment, less a $300 per person administration fee, is refunded.

Cancellation 44-0 days before trip departure — No refund is given.*

*If you cancel your trip anytime up to 44 days prior to your departure date, you are not entitled to a refund. However, you can apply the amount that you paid towards your trip to another trip during the current ski season or the following ski season if the hotel and Ski Guides are available (extra fees might need to be paid).
