9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Skigulmarg's website shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree and represent that you will indemnify and hold Skigulmarg, and its employees, owners. Affiliates, shareholders and partners harmless for all liabilities, loss, claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, which may arise from (a) any breach of these Terms by the you, or a user accessing the Websites from your equipment; and (b) any information generated, uploaded or posted by you or a third party in any way through you whilst you or such third party make use of the Websites and/or its Services.
